      Recology service is for our church/school combination, so we must pay from separate accounts, so each billing period we submit 2 checks to cover the charges. In June of 2023, they applied only one of the checks, but CASHED BOTH. When we reported that error, they fixed it (without an apology). However, now it has started to happen monthly. Here are the details:Church ck#***** dated 9/13/2013 for $252.08 was not applied to our account, but was cashed and cleared our bank on 9/19/23.School check #***** dated 10/4/23 for $252.07 not applied to our account, but was cashed and cleared our bank 10/11/2023.Church check #***** dated 11/8/23 for $252.08 was not applied to the account, but was cashed and cleared our bank on 11/14/23.They also sent messages that the account is past due and may be suspended, and have started adding FINANCE CHARGES.I have emailed for resolution and received no response. I have called and left my number with customer ********************** for a call back, and have not received one.

      After multiple phone calls and emails our garbage and recycling service has still not been picked up for OVER A MONTH!!! We have been reassured by email and phone and things will be "picked up" and emails for service have been sent to management to escalate our claim and ensure service multiple times during past weeks. Our garbage was skipped again on Friday 9/9 and now overflowing again! We have had to personally unload our garbage bin into our SUV on 3 separate occasions now to make room in bin. It's completely disgusting and unsanitary. Of course we have been billed for these services that have never occurred. We understand a mistake, but over a MONTH of promises, emails, and phone calls. We have spent hours of our time on this very basic issue without being able to resolve anything. Today we have sent emails and called every phone number we could find but have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointing as we understand this is our only option for garbage service in ***********.

      Most recent occurrence was this ****** 9/9/22, has also occurred in the past on a few occasions our garbage can is at the road unobstructed and the garbage truck does not empty it our can. Todays occurrence was very deliberate as the truck was two neighbors down the road when I put the can at road. I should also state our account is and has been in good standing from the time this company took over garbage service if you can call it that.
