Our Return Policy is simple:. You may return your merchandise for a FULL REFUND up to 30 days within the orders ship date, excluding original shipping charges and handling fees. All return must be reported within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Item must be returned in it's an original condition (not previously assembled, obviously used or abused) Shipping charges, Handling fees and Custom Orders are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee may apply on some items. (i.e. Custom orders, refused items or the wrong item ordered.) - Business Categories
