of December 13, 2018, BBB has received several Scam Tracker reports, complaints
and reviews from consumers alleging they paid for and ordered sports apparel
and jerseys from www.sportsfangoods.com and either did not receive their orders or received a product that was of low
quality and counterfeit. BBB has reasons to believe Sportsfangoods.com is
not selling licensed NFL merchandise. Consumers also state although the
company advertises an Oregon address, their credit cards are charged by an
entity in Singapore.
BBB was unable to locate a business registration for Sports
Fans Goods with Oregon Secretary of State. The website, https://www.sportsfansgoods.com/ was registered on November 18, 2017 and is privacy protected. BBB does
not believe Sports Fans Goods is physically located in the State of Oregon.
On November 19, 2018, BBB sent an email and letter to the
company regarding these allegations and is awaiting a response.
