  This company did shower tilecwork for me. It failed or came apart. They took a while but finally came a repaired it. Now again it has come apart. They will not repair it or fixed it. I was told to purchase some water proof caulk at Ace Hardware. When I told them it was crappy work and not a standard of quality work the owner called to inform me that I didn't have any idea about the quality of construction. I told him I am a general contractor and built homes and commercial buildings in ********** and ******. I MAYBE have a subcontractor return to fix or tepair something once but NEVER twice. He is challenging to get a hold of and has changed his phone numbers.

  Hello, we received a call from you last week and called right back, we have not changed our phone number so I am sorry if you have the wrong phone number saved for us. The picture you sent us of your shower is just a couple inches of caulking that has come off from wear over the last couple years. Caulking often needs touched up as homes settle and just general wear over time. We are sorry this has happened but offered to come touch up the area of caulking if you were not able to do it and we in return got a very unpleasant response back from you. We are sorry that a couple inches of caulking in your shower coming off has upset you, but this is in no way an indication of poor craftsmanship. We are a local company and take pride in our work.   I am rejecting this response because:
  There would be a charge to come out and repair.  The job was completed and within a year had to be repaired because the tile was fall off.  Now then a little over a year needs repaired again.  I am a general contractor with rental homes from ******************** to ********/ *******.  I have build two commercial building with bathrooms and have never had settling that bathrooms had to be recaulked.  I was told by ****** (the owner) I didn't know my business and it is needed in homes that he has built.  I have spoken to other contractors that build multiple apartments and million dollar homes and they tell me this is not a common problem.  The work should of been done right the first time in this situation.  The home is an early 1900's built home with a remodeled bathroom.  Settling in an excuse not the situation.  I would not recommend this contractor for quality work or good customer service.
