    Purchased a ***** Silverado 2024 2500 HD with ****** miles. Had the truck for 3 weeks and check engine light came on. Took it back and found board needed replaced to diagnose further. Decided to return the truck and get a newer vehicle. They tried to charge me $7,500 to return the 2024 2500 HD with ****** miles as a buy back. I got them down to $3,392.43. I still feel I shouldnt owe that money since the truck is a lemon.

    purchased vehicle 09/02/2022 car had transmission issue 09/04/22 texted sales person and then took it to repair shop 09/22/22 cost of repair was ***** dealer only assisted with 500 couple weeks passed by and fuel pump went out 10/14/2022 currently in repair shop dealer declines to assist i purchased car for ****** and they wanted to offer me ***** for it. they are very rude and do not want to provide any solution they *** me an extended warranty also that wont refund me the work because they claim the dealer should refund the work because of time this happend so far i am out of my pocket *****

    On 9/4/2022 Newberg Chevrolet sold ********************* a used 2014 ******** CLA.  He purchased an extended service contract aka Ally Premier Protection Contract.

    9/7/22 ********************* informed Newberg Chevrolet that the transmission valve body needed to be replaced to which we agreed to enter into a signed agreement, namely called Release of All Claims and Settlement Agreement, see attached, wherein Newberg Chevrolet agreed to Goodwill ********************* $500 to help with his $1409.01 repair with ************************ invoice *****, work completed 9/16/2022. 

    9/18/2022 ********************* signed the release agreement and picked up and signed for that agreed upon $500, see attached.  Immediately, ********************* took to social media in a derogatory and defamatory way, even though the signed agreement states that he/she is only "entitled to say that the matter has been settled" thereby breaching our signed agreement.

    The subsequent repair from 10/14/2022, that ********************* mentioned, had yet to be submitted to the claims department at Ally Premier Protection, when Newberg Chevrolet inquired on 10/22/2022 in order to assist ********************* with expediting the claim.

    Newberg Chevrolet has gone above and beyond by assisting ********************* with $500 as per the signed "Goodwill agreement" and do consider this matter satisfied.
