      I have had my truck at their dealership since July, and I bought it from them in June. For months they have told me they have all the parts and only waiting on diesel mechanic. I get a call on September 27th saying my parts came in and if I would like to schedule an appointment. About an hour later, they call and say they probably just have to put a new turbo in. Back in August after they supposedly did the diagnostic I asked **** in the service department if it would be better just for a new one versus paying labor hours to rebuild. All of this after for weeks I talked with them about getting my truck towed so they could look at it. I informed them I was not comfortable driving a broken truck an 1 and a half if I was going to be responsible for the bill. After getting in touch with ******* in ********* he was willing to half the bill. I put full trust into power dealerships even though my truck was broke down and sitting outside their shop, that I even sent my son their to purchase a vehicle. We have had nothing but issues with that as well. The sales manager at power **** of newport will out right call you stupid for purchasing vehicles they sell on their lot.
