    I signed up for and made a deposit for a certification class. I did not get notice of when the class was to start or how to pay the remaining tuition fees. So I missed the class entirely. I was told prior to any of this happening that my $200 deposit was refundable. I have tried contacting this institution on several occasions over the course of 6 months. But immediately following my first request to get my deposit back, all responses from this place has ceased and no refund has been received. Since I havent been able to get any responses from them whatsoever, Im hoping BBB can help this business see their oversight and provide them information on how to successfully run a business so that they see the best course is to make good on their promises (refunding my $200). Thank you. I do have all the email exchanges and attached a screenshot of the statement that my deposit is refundable. I am happy to share them in full (currently having issues with creating their PDF).

    I'm disappointed to learn that we have had such a crazy missed connection, but I'm glad to hear from you (*******) as I've been trying to contact you since you registered for our training last year! I've included screenshots of several of the emails I sent you, including inviting you to connect via ******** in the email confirming our original receipt of your deposit on January 18, 2024. I would love to know what email address or phone number you were using to try to contact us(?), since I have no record or recollection of you reaching out or asking for a refund. If you attempted to contact ******* directly, she was notorious for being very slow to respond to emails or phone messages, which is why I was usually our point of contact.

    Of course I'm happy to refund you your original $200 deposit (less processing fees), or as I wrote in my email to you just 12 days ago on January 3, 2025, I'm also happy to honor your deposit and offer you priority registration in our 2025 training modules, if you are still interested in learning about EHS. Either way, please let me know, and I'm happy that we are finally in communication again. Please do reach out via this system, on social media, via email, or call or text me on my personal mobile phone, (which I just called you from and left a voicemail) and let me know how you would like to proceed.
