      Rivermark website is dysfunctional.1) I tried 10 times to deposit a check via mobile banking and failed. I had to make a special trip to the credit union to complete it.. They provide zero instructions. The whole mobile deposit system is a mess. I notified them of the problem and it was ignored 2) The website will not allow me to update my contact information. It/s set up to be able to but the system simply gives an error message if you try to change anything. You can't change a phone number, mailing address, or physical address. You can't change you email address. I had to make a special trip to the credit union to change it. I notified them of the problem and it was ignored.3) I am unable to change my log in password. This is a security risk. It ended up logging me out and I had to make a special trip to the bank to help me log-in. That special trip was a waste of time. I was unable to log in even with customer services help. I am still unable to log in. This is a Friday night and it looks like I can't log in until at least Monday.4) You can't call them for help. You must have your member number to do so. The bot won't allow it. I can't get my member number without logging in and I can't log in. 5) I try to log in with a different account and on the first try it says I have made too many attempts and locks me out.6) Every month I have to make a special trip to the credit union just to withdrawal all my money so I can have access to it. I can't risk leaving in the account.7) This has been going on for years and I have complained and complained and they seem to just ignore the problem. They certainly haven't fix any of these problems and they have had more than enough time to do so.8) I'm lucky I wasn't on vacation or something where I couldn't get any money from my ********** I really have no choice but to close all my accounts with them, they don't fix any of the problems I have listed even after I complain.

      This bank baffles my mind on how bad you can treat families and customers. Forwarning, I would not recommend this bank to any person.
