I hired Willamette restoration to rebuild my house after a fire . Although they completed the majority of the work in June of 2022, they did not complete all the work they agreed to. And i am left with no shower door or backsplash above the vanity in the bathroom, the range hood was installed improperly, doorstops broke the first week after installation, and they failed to clean and paint my carport . They also told me they would clean up the glass from the broken windows and i ended up cleaning it myself so i could walk in my yard safely . The project manager that has been running this project has been ghosting me for the last two months .

It appears theres (6) issues the owner brings up:

    1. No shower doorThe owner agreed to have us NOT install the shower door in lieu of a credit that was in the estimate for that specific item ($720.57).  Email attached here with this information.  I will speak with **************** about this when he calls me back, to hopefully remind him that this issue was resolved.
    2. No backsplash on cabinet vanity in bathroom- the vanity **************** selected comes with a backsplash (.5) as stated by the manufacturer.  I have attached a document with a link to a website showing the vanity that was installed.  Theres even a comment form the manufacturer in response to a question stating the unit does include a backsplash.  I hope to resolve this with **************** when he returns my call.
    3. Rangehood installed incorrectly- Im not sure what the issue may be here.  I look forward to speaking with **************** about this once he returns my call.  If Willamette Restoration Services, *** installed the hood vent incorrectly, we will absolutely correct so that it is correctly installed.
    4. Doorstops broken- once I get a call back from ****************, I will work to replacing any broken door stops if they were installed incorrectly or defective pieces.
    5. Clean and paint carport- I looked through the approved insurance estimate and there is nowhere in there accounted for painting of the carport.  We were never paid or contracted to do that as its not a part of the contract.  It is however, in the estimate to clean (pressure wash) the carport.  We cannot confirm if we did this or not, so once **************** calls me back I intend to offer to complete this work, or offer a credit of $168 as thats what appears was in the estimate for this (roughly 400 sf at $0.42 per sf)
    6. Broken glass not cleaned up- I would like to apologize to **************** about this if we failed to cleanup some broken glass.  I will offer him compensation for his time to clean this up, once he calls me back.

I am committed to resolving these issues, so we can close the claim and **************** can be made whole.

Heres also a copy of **************** approving and selecting the vanity with the solid surface top and backsplash we installed.
