      Ordered product from this company. They took the money from my bank account on 12/18/2022 then went dark. Does not respond to my emails. Tried calling and call goes to automated voice system. NO HUMANS! I want my product or my money back.

      Purchased a sight on Amazon. The sight broke on the second use. ADE offers a 12 month warranty. So I followed there directions and mailed it back on September 1st with a enclosed 10 dollar check. They cashed the check on October 17. I haven't received the sight. Haven't received response from them via email or a phone call. I've tried calling multiple times and have emailed. At this point I would like a refund for the sight $148.39 and the $10 check they cashed.

      It means Amazon stores and ships the products and amazon take responsibility for shipping, return and payment related customer service. 

       

      With this PRIME DELIVERY option, Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships, and delivers the products to customers. Amazon also handles customer service and returns for those orders.

      Total cost $38.99 USD 7th Aug 2022 I purchased AR15 Right Hand Overmolded Grip . I realized I ordered the wrong side I need a left hand so I attempted to contact the Optics Factory they refuse to respond to my request of return or exchange on top of it all the product they did send me is lacking in parts to install properly.Is it too much to ask to have a strange or refund it is within their guidelines of a refund.

      We replied same day, provided the return process. Please see second attachment photo

       

      Customer replied to us that is not very happy because we do not pay return shipping for "Changed Mind" We then provided a prepaid return label and currently waiting customer to return for a full refund.(Please see third Photo)
