Power outage that can last up to 10 days. Highest bills ever but they have a new marble lobby and they all make great money even the rude customer service folks. Wont answer any questions when my usage drops cause I wasnt home but the bill tripled. They need to be investigated. They have got to be mismanaging things.

I get a shut off notice almost every month from these people . I've been shut off for less than a hundred dollars owed with a deposit reconnect fee and the 60 or some odd dollar balance needing to be paid. I find this company predatory and ride when I call to make arrangements with them. Everytime I pay my bill in full the next bill is double the price and although I got energy assistance last month and should have had a 300 credit, due to the putting 800 dollars down. I received a shut off notice fdidn't pay an additional $824. That I would be shut off today. Also I have another bill saying I owe 200 and something by the 15th of the month and they know I don't get paid until the 27th. This company is harassing and predatory and keeping me in a constant state of stress while I am trying to raise three teenagers and living without medical care along with chronic illnesses. I don't believe they should be able to charge whatever rates they want for utilities it looks like it's based off of some kind of social score not kwh.
