    enhance a vehicles fuel economy. Consumers allege the product does not work as
    advertised, some have received a box without parts, and the business is
    unresponsive to their requests for assistance regarding delivery and refunds.
    The business website advertises an address of P.O. Box 86099 Portland, Oregon
    97286.

    A search of records with the Oregon
    Secretary of State (http://records.sos.state.or.us/ORSOSWebDrawer/Recordpdf/7894668)
    revealed the business is licensed under the name PCREVAMP, LLC, the Business
    Activity is INTERNET CONSULTING, MARKETING AND SALES, the mailing address shows

    business is 5033 SE MARKET STREET PORTLAND, OR 97215.

    Market Street address is a single-family home located in a residential
    neighborhood.

    On September 07, 2021, and
    September 23, 2021, BBB reached out to Performance Chip Revamp via U.S. Mail,
    email, and by telephone however, as of October 20, 2021, the business has not
    responded. A telephone call to Performance Chip Revamp was returned however,
    other attempts at communication were unsuccessful and BBB was unable to reach a
    business representative.

    i ordered a performance car chip that turned out to be a fake and nothing other than a resistor plug in. i want to cancel the order but the company wont respond to phone, email, complaint, or anything
