They over billed me and reversed the directors credits when they tried to fix it. They had ongoing staffing issues to the point that we missed multiple days due to classroom closures, the reason we left is because the director was arrested for sexual exploitation of a student. If that is who they are choosing to take care of our children then I don't want any part of it. Kindercare in ******, ** on Oralabor.

Do not sign up to be on their waitlist. Not worth it. Scams families to paying just to receive no response unless you go out of your way to contact them.

I can not at enough positive things about this daycare. The teachers are very engaging, nurturing and well trained. My daughter has been going there for years and I have never had an issue. I'm very eased with the new director ********. The previous director and assistant director left with hardly any warning and took a lot of the staff with then. Thankfully ******** was able to step in immediately and fix the s*** show she was going left. She has flawlessly taken over the center and gotten new staff as well as teachers. My daughter has truly blossomed here. I believe most of these negative reviews are fake. All teachers have to be up to date on trainings. They also undergo fo ger prints and background checks. To the person that commented about them not being up to date has no idea what she is talking about.

As a schoolage parent at the **************** facility (been there since Pre K 4s) Terrible place! Pay alot of money and the classrooms constantly are closing down. During covid it was understandable although excessive. But now 3 years later and they close on the drop of a hat. Usually its a lack of twachers but last month it was because the staff was not allowed to be there due to state violations. All but 2 teachers were not up to date on required documents(physicals. Backgrounds and finger prints). This establishment has gone down hill and continues to fail families. We are leaving this place with our son but want to let orher parents to be aware of this place.

This is for ******** Kindercare on **********************************************************************. They favor protecting their employee for their super rude comment over their tuition paying parents. ***** had the audacity to tell me that I put on ill-fitting clothes on my son over me telling the WHOLE staff to draw his drawstrings. Telling me that a 5 year old needs to learn to ask to draw his drawstrings instead of showing him the path to asking as a teacher. I pay rent-alike payments to this daycare facility for them to favor their teacher over their clients. They singled my son out by having him in the front, away from his friends and playgrounds for me to pick up because ***** feels uncomfortable. This is not okay and were Hispanic and this feels racist. Not okay for them to comfort ***** over **.

I worked two hours on May 5, 2023 from 8:30-10:30 and NEVER got paid for that time. Also an employee was injured by a child and there was no treatment available for her medical care.

I am the mother of a wonderful 4 year old girl and want to make people to know just how terrible KinderCare **** ******************* ************ ** ***** is. as been enrolled at this daycare since October 2022. My daughter was diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder over two years ago. Upon enrollment the staff and director were informed of her behavioral disability. Since January 2023 the daycare has begun to single her out. Calling myself and her godmother daily to pick up even after being there for only 20 mins. They will not allow her in the building unless she has an aid to be there with her throughout most of the day. This daycare is a non discriminatory daycare and they have done just that to my 4 year old child whom can not help the fact she has a disability. Our enrollment agreement states she is allowed to attend daycare 5 days a week but yet she is limited to 3 and they shun her away if we try to drop off on a day where an aid is not there and they tell her to her face. My daughter now has stated that they do not like her because they wont let her go to school. This is a 4 year old innocent child and I am appalled that she has been treated so differently due to her disability. The center is charging for 5 days to title 20 and to the **** food program and she is only allowed to be there 3 days. This is disgusting and abuse. The center director has stated many times she has a business to run and can take on a child with disabilities! This place is a disgrace and do not care about young children's growth. They just rather toss a child out rather than assist. I have given them tools to assist and also have my child's therapists come in to train and give tips.

***** Kindercare ********** **: This center recently went through a change in the director and over the 3-month period she has been in place there has been many changes that has affected not just me but many other parents and staff members. My sons classroom had experienced at least 3 different teachers due to her losing multiple employees in 3 months. When children experience dramatic changes in their care givers, they can experience an adjustment period in behavior. My son was in a classroom with a door that opens to the playground with no safety measures in place to prevent a 3-year-old from opening the door. I received 1 notice on Oct 27th that my child attempted to open the door, the director called me at work to threaten to dis-enrolled of my child if he did it again. To call to threaten his dis-enrollment when they leave an outside door to the class unsecured? My son is in IEP through the school board and has a speech and language therapist who comes to the school to help him with his communication every week and not once has ******** addressed concerns for help with his development to her. From Oct 27-Nov 16th (a span of only 9 business days he attended-due to hurricane/holiday),my son attempted to open this unsecured door only a second time and we were informed by the director his last day was going to be the end of that week (only 2 days) There were no actions in place, no time and resources before her direct dis-enrollment and per the handbook there should have been. I know 3 other families currently experiencing this that have children either getting therapy or with special needs. This is discrimination! If your child has a phase where support and understanding is needed this is not the center for you. If your child has any special needs, she will not work with your family to support that child's development. Sadly, there will be many more displaced children/families before a change is made in a director of this facility.

I have been going to country club KinderCare on *********** in *************** since March 2022. They fed my My infant one time throughout the day even though I have made two bottles for him. He would be starving when I picked him up. They told me he would refuse his bottle he never refuses his bottles. As soon as I got him in the car I would give him one of his bottles that he had left over from the day that was in the fridge and he would inhale it. He was starving I wont get reports until seven or later that day. As soon as I started to get on them about the feedings and the reports they moved him to a room where he was the only one crawling around and toddlers would be running around him. since then I have had stacks of incident reports. He has came home with a black eye, three different bite ****s on him one day, another day he cane home with a bite **** that wasnt even documented that they didnt even know about. They arr constantly closing the infant room due to illness or low on staff. Billing is always messed up. He is constantly getting sick from there I missed three weeks of work because of it then they tell me I couldnt bring my son in because I didnt call them before 9am when they know my schedule and For the last seven months Ive showed up past 9 or 930 later on Fridays and if was sick and not coming. I had a balance to pay and *** asked the supervisor about a payment plan and said yes. The next day I was told I cannot bring him in until I pay my whole balance. I ended up losing my job because I relied on the center to take care of my my infant.I paid $100 registration fee 7 months later they want me to pay another fall activity registration fee that goes towards family functions that we do not participating in. I have no co-pay with CCA and they expect me to be able to afford a registration fee when I couldnt work cause they wont take him or hes been sick back to back Im a single mom with no help. Word daycare center ever.
