    This company has started double charging authorizations for washer and dryer use, and it takes days for the extra $ to come off your account. This is THEFT. Please complain to your local manager if you wish to have the coin meter business removed from your apartment complex.

    This company migrated from a card system over to an app, and has been a nightmare ever since. Constant fraud alerts from both my financial institutions (yes, more than one, to ensure the problem wasnt just with the bank/credit card companies) and alerts, whether false or not, being displayed on the app. I dont leave these reviews without first troubleshooting with the company, and both e-Mails and phone voicemails are being ignored. Initially they tried to convince me the problem was with the bank, but after trying different banks, the problem remains the same, and now Im getting the silent treatment. Im not surprised they carry a 1.6 star ****** rating, with a ton of angry customers with same or similar complaints.
