    Got one letter then a notice they sued my tiny business and myself… for a $400 medical bill from ZoomCare and won because I got notice I didn’t appear (?). Called the court and they confirmed they won. Now bill is magically $600. Got two calls from very hostile folks; told them them the truth: I’m full time caregiver for disabled child with no money, the business is frozen inactive and since I have commercial AND OHP and never signed a DMAP waiver I dispute the charge, I can’t and won’t be responding further, can’t squeeze blood from a rock. First one hung up. Second one tried to get nasty and when I told her we are BOTH recording this line she then hung up.
    Now I’m getting letters wanting my child’s SSI info (which they can’t access so why ask?), my rent, my businesses equipment value, etc with certified letters on shoddy printed paperwork with no way of responding, whose requesting this exactly or clear instructions. Oh and now the bill is almost $900.
    Yeah, I’m not sending my spouse and child’s SSN along with everything about my life to some random fax number under the threat of a judgement that isn’t clarified… so I’m gonna contact 211 and pay the $20 for some legal help and guidance as this company is running some shady games that don’t sit right with me.

    Ive dealt with ***** twice now, first time she put my payments in someone elses account and then tried blaming me and saying she doesnt make mistakes. Second time I have payment arrangements and they are supposed to pull the money on Thursdays well they dont then they call and freak out on me because the money isnt in there anymore because I had other bills come out. ***** told me that my only bill I should be worried about is theirs and that it doesnt matter if they dont pull it out the correct day its not their issue. I explained to thats not how it works and she started freaking out on me telling me shes going to hang up on me and that they didnt have to do payment arrangements for me then I asked to speak to someone else and I was told thats not allowed and I can only speak with her. ***** is a very mean lady I have never been so disrespected in my life by anyone. They will also tell you how horrible you are because you got served. Nasty nasty people.

    Got 2 calls with no information as to what the bill was or an account associated with the request to pay. Never got anything in the mail prior to a small claims court notice. No website, no way to find out information about your bill. When you call they are very rude and will hang up or put you on hold if you ask any questions. My debt was with them for 2 months during which time I moved, they said they didnt get any of the mail returned but yet, got my new address?? So if it didnt get returned, then you didnt send anything. ***** a terrible company.

    We are pleased to report that *********** was able to resolve her account with us. We have made multiple attempts to contact Ms. ******** in the last few months- sadly, none were successful. We regret that legal action had to be taken to get this account resolved.

    First attempt to pay my bank information was leaked and used fraudulently years later they were still awarded a garnishment and applied it with no notice

    Your "review" is defamatory and irresponsible. You have provided falsehoods in an attempt injure the business in question without providing any evidence or facts. I would suggest that you edit your review to reflect the truth. There is no truth in the first 12 words of this review.

    Your comment is unquantifiable because your company has not contacted me with any notices prior to the garnishment being awarded, in reality my account was used fraudulently as stated and then closed that is in fact the truth.

    Quick collect sent me a bill and a lawsuit threat for a debt that was never mine to pay. I submitted a letter stating the bill was not mine and requested verification. Instead of submitting verification they sent a loud mouth disrespectful young adult male to my home which stood outside and yelled until someone heard him instead of knocking on the front doors, to serve me with a court summons and then they continued to threaten me with liens and garnishment. I proved to the courts and to Quick Collect that the bill was not mine and then they tried to force me to sign papers stating I would not speak about the whole ordeal or bring it back into court against them ever. when I refused they wasted valuable court time by continuing court dates but rescheduling last minute to drag out the process for a couple more months. I wrote a letter to the judge and she dismissed the case. Huge waste of time for a bill that was never mine, Quick Collect was rude, disrespectful, dishonest and never followed proper protocols for debt collection. Do your research because this company is taking money from people that DO NOT OWE IT!!!

    Phone staff are so incredibly rude and will hang up on you if you ask questions. I haven't received one piece of mail from them and yet they took me to court to try and *** me. I complied with a payment plan but I set up automatic payments. Debb!e called me the day my payment was due to ask when I would be making my payment. I asked her why she was calling me when I set up automatic payments and she didn't "remember " our phone call when I set them up. I asked if she would be calling me every month even though I set up automatic payments and she got really angry and very rude and hung up on me. Every single phone interaction I've had with her she's so rude. I called and pleaded with them to please let me speak with someone else. They've refused and won't let me speak to anyone about this matter. I just want to be spoken to like a human being. I still haven't received any statements or bills from them at all. I don't even know my account number and they won't let me pay online. This business should be shut down with the way staff treats people. It's unethical, unprofessional, and very degrading.

    On the first of may my husband got a call about a payment due. My husband asked for them to call back on the 15th so that we could make a payment due to our pay period.The charged the 150 dollars left on our account that was remaining WITHOUT our consent. Which has left our account over drawn. I called to speak with the rep that STOLE money from ** and she argued and claimed my husband gave permission. Then after saying her supervisor would review the call and correct their mistake all of a sudden don't have access to tue recorded call. I called again after speaking with my husband got a different rep on tue phone who was extremely disrespectful. Wouldn't listen to me and argued with what I said had happened. She refused to transfer me to someone else. Now my bank is having a difficult time returning tue funds because they processed it a debit card transaction leaving the payment processing with and the funds have already come out. I am disgusted with quick collect and how unprofessional everyone with the company is.

    I called to pay a balance based on court paperwork. The balance I was charge was $63.43 higher, but I did not checked the court paperwork before making the payment. After the payment processed, I checked and called back. I talked to the same representative who checked, and lied that the only thing that was added was a $50 fee. I aske if anything can be done to rectify the amount of the payment, and obviously, the answer was "unfortunately, no". If I had the money and time, I wish I could file a small complaint case with the Multnomah county court. As is, I feel Quick Collect Inc just stole money from me.

Is there another name by which you are known? Can you give me an approximate date and time that this phone call occurred? I will be unable to access the recorded phone call without a few more specific details.

    I do not believe that Quick Collect, **** had an interaction with this consumer. I do believe that this consumer is using misleading information in order to post a poor review. We do not have a current customer with the name of ***********************.
