      This credit union is GARBAGE you can't their customer service is really bad you can't even make your own car payment with-out a bunch of hassle. They don't offer other ways of making a car payment other than over the phone talking to someone and even then, they want to complain about how your spouse can't make the payment when they ask for the information, and it is given to them completely correct. I completely understand polices but when making a payment they make it completely impossible to do so on top of that it was stated that my spouse had completely my permission to pay and ask questions about the loan when I first called-in I told the *** that I spoke to on the phone to add that to the notes so whenever my spouse called it wouldn't be an issue but it was a very big issue I have called them more that 5 times and I feel like they been giving me the run around asking security questions that have nothing to do with my loan at all I don't understand why this credit union is even open for with the service that they offer and the negligent that they have. I will be looking else were to refinance my vehicle they branch is ridicules. I would of gave them no stars if I could.

      extremely important to protect your account and prevent fraud. While security
      is always top of mind it is not our intention to make contacting us a difficult
      experience. Our contact center representatives have been extra diligent lately
      due to us seeing an uptick in imposter fraud as you may have noticed the
      “Account Takeover Fraud Awareness” message we posted on our website and online
      banking to help bring awareness to members. I apologize that you felt like we
      were giving you the run around by asking security questions. Regarding your
      loan, we do offer many convenient ways to make your car payment. I would like
      to talk to you about account options to make identifying you more hassle free
      when you call us, and ways to make your car payment more conveniently. Please

      They sent me the wrong car title. When I first called to report it, the employee spent more time trying to convince me to keep my savings account open (required for auto loan) than addressing the giant mistake. Told him no I want my account closed. Contacted later and told, no basically ordered, to mail the other ladys title back. I wasnt offered a return envelope or anything! In my opinion they should have also immediately offered to overnight my title to me, but they didnt. Instead I had to call and get a manager involved, which I dont like doing. This person leaves me a voicemail and tells me I have to go all the way to one of their 3 branches, none of which are near me, to pick up my title. Lol. My husband had to leave work early one day to give them this other womans title and pick up mine. About a week later, my savings account is still not closed, so I had to contact them through the website contact form begging to close it and get my money back.Really really terrible. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Weirdly demanding. Those are the words I have for this place.

      If I could give 0 stars I would!! After one returned payment for our auto loan they sent our account to collections THE NEXT DAY!!! Horrible!!!! We have always paid on time and made ONE mistake. Do NOT trust this company.
