On January 31, 2018 BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding service and customer service issues. Complaints allege consumers paid Planning Folders, LLC for advertising and marketing services, however they never received the services they paid for. When reaching out to the company they are unresponsive.
To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
