    I placed an order for a product (1 pair of shoes) on November 26th 2023, it has been almost four months, and have only had little interaction from the company. The last shipping update I received was December 1st as the initial shipping claimed to promise delivery in ***** days, I waited until December 29th to reach out. They responded on the 1st to relay that there had been an issue with delivery and asked if I would like a refund I said I still desired to receive the shoes. They(the owner of the company) responded on January 24th promising a solution within 48 hours. It has been one month since that email and I had to reach out to them again before I got a response or update. I have requested, as of February 12th, they refund me the amount of the shoes ($55.97) as well as they send the shoes I desired to receive in the first place as this whole experience has been so egregious. I keep getting the same run around. They recently said they would process a refund; I have not yet received a notice of a refund. As well as them sending the EXACT SAME robotic response they sent on 1/18/2024 about investigating where the root of the delay has come from. Where they also promised to have a solution in place "next week" and expedite the processing and shipping of my order. Frankly, I don't care anymore why they are delayed, if they cared at all for any type of customer satisfaction they should be reordering them for delivery IMMEDIATELY.

    Hi thank you ********, yes, they said that the issue had been dealt with with the customer but that was not true because the owner reached out to me personally, and did make sure that I got my replacement product because I had waited five months for it but also said that I would be getting a refund for my troubles as well, which was never provided. I was given the runaround multiple times and also I have not had any word, since. I had to fileI had to file a chargeback with my bank because I hadnt heard from them in two months, even about getting product at all let alone a refund and as soon as that happened, the owner reached out to me, I was asked to reverse the chargeback in good faith that they would then give me my money back, but they never did and now I cant file a claim with my bank because they say its outside of the 120 day timeframe.

     These are documents, proving that everything I have said is true. I dont know what to do anymore $55.97 might not seem like a lot to a lot of people but its just the principle of everything its my money and I feel disrespected as well as scammed. I just want my money back.

We sent you a replacement pair of shoes on March 8th that arrived March 11th (tracking #**********************) and issued a full refund to your card on March 6th, resulting in a free pair of shoes for your troubles. After further investigation, it appears the refund was rejected due to their being a chargeback open with your bank. Now that the chargeback has been settled I have issued a full refund. A confirmation of the refund was sent to ******************************.

    I purchased a pair of golf shoes December 12, 2023. I emailed the company in mid-January to check in on their status as the website said it would take ***** days for delivery. They claim to respond to the inquiry within 24 hrs. After a third email, someone finally responded a few days later and stated the shoes had been shipped, but they were contacting the courier to determine where they were and they would get back to me once they received that information. It is now February 6th and still no word from them or shoes. They again have failed to respond to my recent emails.
