This is my formal complaint against the company Shipping Cart. The warehouse is located in ****************This is not the first time that I have file complaint against this company. I have been a loyal client and it seems that the same horror story happened in the past is happening again. I just gave them a second chance but same issue is happening again. I felt unsafe and I dont know if my package were lost in the mail. In view of the costumer protection act, I am filing my complaint against the company. Here are the details:Account number: ********* Account Name: ************************** Tracking Numbers: 5HUX-L6RY-Z4NJ and 3PG8-9SNO-2V6J My items are supposed to be arriving on June 17 and June 30, 2024, respectively. However, upon checking, Tracking number 5HUX-L6RY-Z4NJ is still in ******** as of June 19 and tracking number 3PG8-9SNO-2V6J is still in ********* as of this date. This caused too much stress and I am demanding a full refund of the shipping fees due to breach in the Service Level Agreement/Committed. Good day BBB,I want to file a complaint against ShippingCart ********. They are claiming that they did not received two of my packages even though it was tagged as delivered / picked up by their employees. They were insisting us to coordinate with the seller, but the seller couldn't do anything since there is a proof of delivery and was even signed by ShippingCart. ShippingCart keeps on pointing fingers and doesn't want to take responsibility. I've just heard from a fellow customer that this happens a lot with this company because of their carelessness, clearly they dont do their jobs well and they dont value their customers. Thinking that they can always get away with it. I just want to get my items back. I am rejecting this response because:I already told them that the seller will not file a claim or refund me the money because there is a proof of delivery and was signed by their staff. I dont believe their excuse. I've read a lot of complaints about this company with the same situation and they gave the same excuse and those customers said that after a few months their items suddenly appeared on their account/cart. Only shows how careless they are and doesnt care about their customers.

Hi, I checkout my items last December 2, 2023 and they attempted to delivery my package last December 10, 2023. However, there's no one at our house at that time. But I received a notification that they released my package to an authorized representative. I don't know why they released it to someone without my consent. Now my package is gone and they are not replying to my emails or follow **** Tracking Number is JEV7-L91N-H4K6. I've been sending them emails everyday since December 12, 2023. Hi, this is regarding their shipping services. I used Shipping Cart's services to buy stuff on ***** They stated on their website that it might take longer for them to ship out the items. I'm very lenient and understanding of your situation but you're but I'm already fed up with your excuses of contacting your warehouse team with no resolution happening.
Besides, all my pending shipped items are way beyond your promised delivery time frame on your website.

I ordered two separate packages of cast iron wheels for an elevator and the packages were actually delivered to ShippingCart by **** in reverse order, so the dates below are not a mistake. -----On January 20, my first package (**** **********************) of critical elevator parts (7-pcs of cast iron heavy duty caster wheels) arrived at the ****** warehouse of ShippingCart by ****. After being uploaded to cart, I immediately paid $137.22 for air-cargo express shipping and the packkage given an estimated delivery date on February 14. It was actually delivered 2 weeks later on March 02 and that's ok. ------On January 19, my second package of critical elevator parts (7-pcs of cast iron heavy duty caster wheels) arrived at the ****** warehouse of ShippingCart. These are the exact same items as contained in the first package. After a *************************************************************** weighing, the package was 22 days sitting in the warehouse. Once the weight was corrected on February 10, I immediately paid $137.22 for air-cargo express shipping. ShippingCart then gave an estimated "delivery" date of March 02. For the next ********************************************************************************************************************************* total, my package has now been sitting in their ****** warehouse for 80+ days, significantly longer than normal. ----- I request the immediate shipment of my second pckage (by air-cargo) and fair compensation for the failures of ShippingCart to provide the service they promised. Tracking number Gbf5 ylrm 2tws On Monday, April 10, it will be 81 days after i transacted the shipment and more than 2 months after the expected delivery date. The status is still "preparing shipment". They haven't even shipped the product, it's still preparing shipment. It's still in their warehouse.Previously, there was a more than month-long delay to get my items into my storage space. They gave me a 50% off promocode for my trouble, which i used to ship the items. From $85.14 to $42.57. The estimated delivery date was Feb 8.However, this present shipping delay is rediculous. 81 days for me and they advertise today in their shiping backlog update that air shipment now takes ***************************************************** am i just a unique case? How are they prioritizing? Western nations first? More litigious nations first?They tell me now that they're having problems reaching aging orders, which are inaccessible. I engaged ShippingCart services to forward a package on Feb 3, 2023 and the website system informed me that the package would be delivered by 23 Feb.
