ASP is including me in an arbitration proceeding without a claim being initiated against me and without a failed mediation by agreement with opposing counsel's preponderance of evidence arguments only rather than factual evidence necessarily included in their own records while violating applicable regulations and their own rules.

Thank you for your help with this complaint.

I left you voice mail at about 9 this morning that I was in receipt of your 6 March notice that ASP had not yet responded and that I'd like to leave update and didn't see how to do that on tbe BBB site.

Please find attached copy of update with exhibits (nine pages total). Happy to upload to site if you don't mind letting me know how.

Will you also please tell me how to make this complaint be included in their public, permanent file?

Please feel welcome to contact me at your convenience. My cell is ************.

    Thank you!

It is unfortunate Ms. ********* is not happy with Arbitration Service of ******** as we value all litigants feedback.  ******************************** was pursued by a claimant in an arbitration proceeding alleging *********************** did not meet the burden of care, Arbitration Service of ******** is a neutral independent arbitraiton service provider who has prided itself in proving arbitraiton services throughout ****** since 1985.

I am rejecting this response because ASPs vague, unsigned response offers no substance, no acknowledgment of the specific procedural violations I raised, and no accountability. The statement includes multiple spelling errors and fails to address even one of the serious concerns I outlined.

I respectfully ask BBB to request ASP respond to the following:
     - What allowed ASP to confirm my professional corporation as a third-party Respondent without adherence to its own rules?
     - Why did ASP deny dismissal despite the absence of a valid submission agreement or failed mediation with my professional corporation?
     - On what basis did ASP demand payment from me when no arbitration had ever been initiated against my professional corporation?
     - If ASP believed representation by counsel was mandatory, why was I permitted to participate for monthsincluding after discovery was servedbefore being barred?

ASPs refusal to address even these basic questions, while claiming to be a neutral provider, confirms the foundation of this complaint. The public deserves better than an unchecked, unsupervised process that disregards fairness and accountability.

    Sincerely,
    ******** *********
