    I would give this place 0 stars but had to choose one star for the rating. Terrible experience and would NOT recommend. A group of us went to the White Owl Social Club on a Sunday night. We were told there was a cover to pay. The door person said we would get a friends and family discount from $25 to $15. A few of us started paying the cover. Then one person in our party spoke up and was like I don't want to pay a cover. The door person started to get angry at the person when the person was not talking to her at all. The door person continued to argue with the person in our party. Then the door person started yelling at everyone to get out. I went to get the other people in our party who had paid. I had paid cash for two people When I came back the door person was hitting another person in my party and the two male security guards had come up and started picking up the person who had been arguing and holding her against the fence. I stepped in between the door person who was trying to hit my friend and said we were leaving. The door person hit me on the back as I was trying to leave. Then they locked part of our party out. And would not let two of our party out of the area. They refused to give us our money back. We called the police. Later they refunded the person who had paid with ***** but have yet to refund me my cash that I paid but requested on Venmo. I do not know why the door person was so upset when we had decided we did not want to come in.
