Pattern of Complaints
On January 6, 2021, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding customer service and product delivery issues. Consumers allege ordering products from Cozyzon that are not delivered within the time frame promised or shipping is delayed without an explanation. Consumers report they have tried to contact the business for an explanation regarding delivery and refunds, but are unable to speak with a business representative or they are met with repeated promises of delivery. As of January 26, 2021, Better Business Bureau has received 82 consumer complaints.
Cozyzon advertises an address of 1426 NE 108th Avenue Portland, Oregon 97220, however further research revealed that is a duplex home located in a residential neighborhood. Additionally, Cozyzon advertises their business website as https://www.washingoal.com; BBB additionally discovered that this is a separate business operating under the name of WashinGoal. WashinGoal advertises a business address of 3105 Russell Road Centralia, Washington 98531, this address is a single family home located adjacent to an intersection.
On January 11, 2021 and January 21, 2021, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business for a response to the consumer complaints. On January 25, 2021, the mail was returned and marked as undeliverable by the United States Postal Service.
A search of records with the Washington Secretary of State revealed that Cozyzon and WashinGoal are not licensed businesses in Washington State.
