of August 13, 2019, BBB has received three reports through BBB’s Scam Tracker
from consumers alleging they were hired by USA Sending to reship packages.
Consumers are offered the job through email and asked to fill out and
return a W4, which includes their personal information. Consumers were
told they would be sent packages to their home for inspection, asked to send
photos of the products and then ship them to the addresses provided by the
company. Pay is advertised at $2,500 per month plus a bonus of $25 for
each package sent on time for an average income of $4,000 per month.
Consumers who have worked for this company report they have not been paid.

BBB
investigated the company and found it is not registered with Oregon Secretary
of State. USA Sending does not have a US DOT number as a
transportation carrier or broker, which are services they advertise on their
website. BBB found their advertised address belongs to Regus which
offers virtual office space. BBB does not believe the company is
physically located in Oregon. BBB found the language on their website identical
to a Hong Kong based logistics company. Although the website states the
company has been in existence for over six years, their website was just
created on June 13, 2019. The IP address is in France and the owner of
the website is undisclosed.
