Pattern of Complaints
On October 29, 2019, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding advertising, product, and customer service issues. Consumers allege the company advertises they were founded and based in the United States, yet products received were sent directly from China. In addition, consumers allege the products were misrepresented and of poor quality. Consumers state tracking numbers received were not trackable. Further, consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
On October 29, 2019, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
