Pattern of Complaints
On May 28, 2019, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Fabulous Bee’s online store, and after several months they receive a product that is not what was advertised.
When they request a refund due to the company’s 30-day money back guarantee, the company states the consumer will have to pay for shipping the product back to China and the product is no longer guaranteed Further, consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
As of June 18, 2019, BBB has not received a response from the company.
