      I ordered two silicone eyelet tunnels totaling $31.26 about 4 weeks ago. They provided a tracking/order number. I went back to check the status of the order through their website and it says the order has not yet been fulfilled. I emailed them through their website and have yet to receive a response. Its either an abandoned website just collecting revenue or the business is stealing customers money without fulfilling orders. Whatever the casenever ordering from them again. Future buyers beware.

      I purchased two pairs of tunnels totaling $52 with shipping on 2/16. I was provided a tracking number on 2/23 that did not update. I reached out to their CS team, or lack there of, and never received a response. I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded to me since no one would get back to me. I then had to place a chargeback as the tracking never updated and I didn't think I would get my items. They finally responded on 3/13 with this lovely, professional response, "There is no team. You were not chosen. It says on the website we're understaffed and way behind. There are numerous fast retail options for the same product. Try ******. They'll send someone in desperate need of a bathroom break straight to your door in the next two days."I'm in shock that this company is still in business, but chooses to treat their customers in such a despicable way. I will not be buying from them again and suggest everyone stay far, far away.

      I submitted an order for 3 plugs (totalling over $40 USD), and the order wasn't shipped until 17 days after my order was placed. During this time, I reached out multiple times to multiple emails requesting my order be canceled and refunded, yet the next day after I reached out for the third time, they shipped my order with no acknowledgment of my refund request at all.Will not be purchasing from them moving forward and highly suggest anyone else consider other retailers.
