  First off, this place does have air conditioning. I saw a lot of reviews that said it didnt but was happily surprised to see a portable air conditioner in the bedroom. However it wouldnt cool the entire apartment so any guests sleeping in the living room would be out of luck. The place was very very clean and decently furnished. That ratty wicker chair that is on the pics was nowhere to be seen. They need to change those photos. The bed is very comfortable and there was no skimping on the pillows, like some other rentals Ive stayed at. Very much appreciated. The drawers in the chest of drawers did not have any tracks so they would fall to the floor without holding them up with which was annoying. Lots of towels and kitchen linen. Enough kitchen implements to cook basic meals but nothing gourmet. ******, coffee maker, microwave and I think I saw a toaster above the fridge. There was one security issue I noticed on my first night. The doors leading into the halls from the outer stairwell, accessible to anyone without a key, were not closed properly. The automaker door closer mechanism was not strong enough to completely close and lock the door leaving the entire building open to the public. I did mention this to the front desk the next day but I did see the latches still open later that evening. I propped the chair and ironing board to block the door and any attempts to ***** the locks from the hallway. Im sure weve all seen that video on how easy it is to break into hotel rooms with some basic wire tools. I have another reservation later this month at another property with this same hotel group with a friend so I will be interested to see how the security is in that building. I did feel safe however after I macgyvered my anti-lock-picking apparatus. Overall I would definitely stay here again and again. The location CANNOT be beat and the price was extremely reasonable. Recommended with slight security reservations.

  Beautiful cabin just as described. Easy process reserving, checking in and checking out. ******** service was great and very communicative! I will certainly rent through Vacasa in the future.

  Great dog friendly house that was super clean, well taken care of and was stock with linens and anything else we needed. The staff at Vacasa responded quickly to the few questions I had. Very affordable vacation! I would be happy to use Vacasa again!

  This is ***** you want to bring your family together and have an amazing stay? This is the place. If you want to have a beautiful house to relax, enjoy the lake, this is it. Will keep on booking. I can't say enough good things about how beautiful this house is. The bunk bed room... Amazing!.

  Great experience. Quick, friendly responses via text. Clean condo. Looked just as shown in the pics. Well stocked kitchen and well maintained overall. Wouldve liked more towels, trash bags, and comfortable pullout couch mattress. But overall, everything was very good for our stay. This was my third time renting through Vacasa and will continue to do so. Would recommend to anyone.

  Great place for a getaway close to shopping and restaurants walking distance. Great staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved the awesome views so relaxing watching the waves from our room. Great amenities for all ages.

  Terrible!!!!! My overall experience with Vacasa was terrible. Vacasa's customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced. Me and my 8 other guest were locked out of the home that we rented, in the ************** heat for over an hour after we arrived because we were given 3 different codes for the door that didn't work. There was supposed to be a lock box on the door, but there wasn't one until 2 days after we arrived. It took a very long time for a representative to arrive to the property to help and when she did arrive she had a terrible attitude. She was being condescending, rude and inconsiderate about the urgency of the situation. The sofa in the living room smelled heavily of urine, the sinks were clogged and didn't drain properly. The flapper in one of the toilets was also not working. It had to be adjusted by hand with each flush. I contacted customer service about the issue and after 5 or 6 hours I was told that someone would stop by. It took another 2 hours for someone to get in touch with me. I had to have one of my guests unclog the disgusting hair wrapped drains and adjust the flapper in the toilet. The ***** did not work properly either and one of the balcony doors was was stuck for two days. Some of the outlets are very loose and almost hanging out of the wall. That is a safety hazard. There were yellow stains on yhe ceiling and mildew around one of the shower faucets. That is not what a vacation home should be. It was completely unacceptable. I am not happy with lack of urgency that Vacasa showed towards the situation.

  This property had a huge balcony with ocean front views. Plus a private tandem parking garage that fit both of our SUV's. The cookware and serving bowls were very sparce for a 3 bedroom condo and no regular drinking glasses (except for wine and whiskey glasses). We would rent here again and would recommend Vacasa as they were responsive to us when we asked if we could possibly check in a bit earlier and they sent us a text saying it was ready (early). We didn't have any issues during our stay.
