  ********:This tiny one bedroom cottage was perfect for the two of us while visiting our son and famiy in ********. It was immaculate with everything we needed down to the tiniest detail. Will definitely rent again. Staff was very helpful.

  Worst experience I've had with a property management company. I booked through VRBO and needed to cancel the reservation. July 2, I sent a cancellation request through VRBO; no response. July 5, I emailed and referenced my VRBO message. Vacasa's reply stated, "Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled **** days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within 6 days of the arrival date are non-refundable." I confirmed cancellation and pointed out I was owed a full refund. July 6, Vacasa replied and claimed the "cancellation policy was worded incorrectly." As in the policy VACASA gave me! Once again, the agent asked for confirmation I wanted to cancel. I went back to VRBO, who opened a case and sent it to their Escalation and Guarantee teams: Both confirmed I was owed a *ULL refund. Vacasa then spent three weeks outright avoiding my cancellation requests, not responding for days, asking my card number and to prove I was authorized to make a change (to a reservation booked under my name and credit card.) They claimed their records showed I cancelled July 5 but if I had proof I needed to send a screenshot. I sent it and their response? "We couldn't view your attachment." I embedded it as a photo and finally dropped the * word: *RAUD. By that point, it was two days before the reservation began. I pointed out their belligerence and unwillingness to cancel a booking I was completely within my right to cancel. July 20 at 12:52 PM I get a voicemail from Vacasa, stating they acknowledged their communication error, that they'd honor it and fully refund me. Less than TWO HOURS later, I get an email from another agent saying she'd cancel it and refund me 50%. I value businesses that keep their word and promises to customers: In my experience that's not Vacasa. It took 19 days to cancel this and I'm still out the full refund Vacasa and VRBO agree I am owed.

  We recently stayed in a Gagas managed condo in ************* the amenities advertised were not available. The furniture in the condo was broken and unable to use, the floors were filthy. Warning others *********************!

  Vacasa vacation was an easy way to book a ***************** was just the way it was portrayed on the website.I prefer this to overpriced hotels & like that we get a home instead of a hotel room.

  We had a wonderful time at Vistas to Behold. It is a very nice cabin, close to attractions and easy to get to. The service we received from Vacasa was wonderful. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation retreat.

  Condo was clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. Easy checkin and checkout. Code was sent to me and we went directly to the condo and got in. 3 pools and a kiddie pool. Awesome place to stay. Will definitely recommend and use again.
