      What a Wonderful Stay, Sparkling Clean Condo, fully furnished, Agents very nice and accommodating, Close to Everything but still quiet and relaxing!! Definitely would rent again!!

      We were planning a trip to ************ ** in July **** because my step son was getting married and my husband was asked officiate the ceremony. I started January 29, 2020 search for a rental that allowed pets. A lot of places had weight restrictions and others were very vague on pets allowed. I originally found a home, spoke directly with the owners and were pleased and OK with our dog. Then I happened upon a Vacasa Rental property that was beach front and had multiple pools. I work in the health care field and have had stressful past few years. So I wanted to treat the family to ocean front. I communicated back and forth with an employee of Vacasa ensure our family pet would be accepted. I got very explicit about weight, breed, and size. I was then told The home you have booked has a 4 dog maximum without breed or weight restrictions, so you are more than welcome to stay here and do not need to make other arrangements. Guess what, when I got there and already paid in full mind you, was told my dog was not allowed. Even after showing them the communication I had with THERE management company that runs the condo, I was still denied! There I was with my family (2 children) and our family pet with no place to stay. After scrambling for 2.5 hours and being on the road from 9am-730 pm we found a hotel for only 2 nights. The second rental it happened again. Fortunately the hotel had our same room we could rent for the remainder of our trip. DO NOT USE VASACA MANAGEMENT COMPANY, THEY LIE AND DONT STAND BY THEIR WORD!

      We originally booked through VRBO but then Vacasa took over the rental. When we arrived they sent us the wrong code to get into the house so we had to wait for someone to send the correct code. It seems they have multiple customer service reps texting you so it got a bit confusing all asking the same thing. We finally got to deal with someone local. The only issue we had was the refrigerator not cool enough, they thought it was due to all the warm stuff we put in it, but it took 4-5 days to get cold. But they were quick to send us a small temporary fridge to use until it was checked by maintenance. I think someone must have turned the refrigerator down for it to take that long to cool, never had this happen and we travel a lot. It was a beautiful house and very clean and they were quick to fix any issues. The only thing that bothers me is that I had to pay VRBO a booking fee and Vacasa a booking fee, I can't help we booked with vrbo then turnkey took over then vacasa took over. They all kept charging us more fees, They should have honored our original booking from VRBO and VRBO should have transferred all the money to them.

      STILL WAITING TO GET MY CLOHTES BACK!!!! I called Saturday July 16 2022 and advised housekeeping that I left clothes in the washing machine in room ****. The person I spoke with advised me she would have someone go look for them and call me back. Today is Tuesday July 19 2022 and I still have not recieved a call back. Maybe the house keepers kids needed the clothes more than me. On Tuesday July 12 I took my 3 boys to get ice cream in the ice cream shop. The white female with long ***** hair had the nerve to **** when my son asked for a taste of playdough ice cream. She had a jar with sign "tips for college" on it. I had planned on giving her a 20 dollar ****. She lost that. I gave it to the friendly staff at the outside bar. They were very nice to my boys when they were ordering their food.

      All of my interactions with Vacasa were professional and helpful. The house I rented met all my expectations and did not disappoint. The house was clean, well kept, outdoor furniture was excellent, the pool was clean. Internet issues were addressed immediately. I recommend Vacasa to family and friends and I will be returning next year.

      Smooth transaction. Very nice house. I liked the text message when we arrived to know if everything was OK.There was no issue with the house, so I cannot say how Vacasa deals with problems. But we rented wirh them last fall and they solved the heating pb we had, even late in the evening.I will definitely rent again with them, based on these experiences.
