  I have had the opportunity to work with Peregrine Relocations on a couple of projects. I appreciate their ability to work closely with the owner and construction team on the challenging task of resident relocation. They are very professional and do a great job managing the needs and keeping the residents best interests in mind in doing their work.

  Peregrine Relocations is my preferred partner for resident relocations and support through occupied rehabs. They assisted with short notice on an emergency relocation of 100 vulnerable older adults, and their presence made all the difference to the folks they assisted. The entire Peregrine team has deep knowledge of property management processes so everyone involved is delighted to work with them. Residents have only positive feedback about working with Peregrine, too! They are a highly organized team who is also flexible and a great collaborative partner. I highly recommend Peregrine Relocations.

  **************** Services has used Peregrine Relocations on 6 different projects requiring relocation and personal assistance. These projects have ranged from small (13 households) to huge (301 households). Peregrine does an amazing job of taking care of our elderly residents, which is of primary importance to our mission. They provide excellent communication, organization, scheduling, budgeting and making changes, as needed and on the fly, for all partners involved in the project. We highly recommend Peregrine Relocations!

  Peregrine Relocations did an amazing job assisting with my senior community as it went through construction. They did amazing working with residents to make sure that they were comfortable with everything, needs were met, and belongings were properly and safely moved. They are my go-to for any relocation needs. Great at communication as well and made sure both residents and management were in the loop with everything going on.
