    On March 17 at 8:15 PM I ordered seeds from Redemption Seeds on line, for $*****. The amount was withdrawn from my account. On March 25 I called Redemption seeds to inquire about my order because I had not received any e-mail or other communication from them. The voicemail box at that time was full. I called again on March 26 and left a voicemail and a request to return my call and that I wanted to know my order status. Shortly after I received an e-mail that my order was shipped. Today is April 2, 2025 and my order has not arrived nor did I have anyone from Redemption Seeds contact me either via e-mail or phone. Receipt *********, Order Number : **********. ( March 17, 2025, 8:15 PM. ) Redemption Seeds website lists that products are shipped within 1-3 ******* one from Redemption Seeds contacted me directly.The site refers customers to a tracking site that doesnt work.I will dispute this charge of $ ***** through my bank if possible.I have reasons to believe that this company is dishonest , negligent and possibly a scammer.I

    I made an online order from redemption seeds however, the original company was located in ************* for $24.90. Sent an email twice received a lengthy email telling me to wait for a email from them with a tracking number. Now their location is in ********, ******. order #**********. Phone number mail box is full now **************. There was a voice mail reponse with a womans voice. I believe its a scam.

    On January 4, 2025 i placed an order for ***** for seeds for my wedding flowers from this company. After a month with no contact about tracking information I tried to reach out three times without success. They all stated they were unable to receive the emails so I'm assuming that the "support" email was taken down even though they are still taking people's money with no intent on sending them the products they purchase. Once I read the reviews on here I realized it's a recent issue and the site is just one big scam.

    My wife and I paid REDEMPTION SEEDS in ********, *** $29.35 for some seeds on 12/22/2024.That company never sent the product, even though we have sent them many emails asking them to send the seeds. Twice they sent a "form" letter email saying they are busy, but they never say they will send them. I believe this is a scam. We noticed this company has a D+ rating with the BBB and will not answer complaints. With that in mind, we have contacted ********** to report fraud.

    Ordered seeds from them in October of 2024. Never received a tracking number nor any information on when the seeds would arrive. Thought that I would give it some time to see if they would ship anything out. Two months later and nothing has been received at all. Emailed support email and no response from the business.

    Ordered product on 10/17/2024. Received email order confirmation and separate email receipt for credit card charge on 10/17/2024. The website states that order processing takes 1-3 business days. After a few weeks with no shipping confirmation and not receiving my order I sent an email to customer service email provided in the emails as well as on the website. Email came back undeliverable. After no replies to a second email, I searched for company reviews and came across an unanswered complaint on BBB outlining the exact same scenario. I would like a refund of the monies charged to my credit card as it is clear that I will not be receiving the product I ordered.

    On 7/17 I ordered $100.90 worth of seeds from my usual seed company. Weeks later I noticed they still hadnt shipped and I contacted the company via messenger on Instagram. I received no response, but on July 29th got a shipping notification via email. When weeks later they still hadnt shown up I checked the tracking only to see a shipping label had been created, but never provided **** with a package. After multiple email attempts(all returned because they couldnt be delivered) and unanswered messages on social media I have reached out to you all for help as well as filed a claim with my credit card company for my money back. Interestingly, my recent order also doesnt show on my orders under my account. Therefore, I cant go in and cancel it. If you view the recent reviews on ******** it seems this is a new ongoing issue with them. They have scammed many people out of product and money.
