    My wife owns an 830 ******* sewing machine. Since purchasing it for her the only business that's had their hands on it is the one in question. Before picking up her machine this last time she was having issues with different errors and things that previously working no longer working. And according to the person that worked on it he"blew the machine up". This tech was fired. However the machine was still showing errors and not properly functioning. So the new tech had it sent to the *************** for it to be fixed. The issue was we weren't told we were expected to pay for this because we had already paid to have it serviced and never received it in working condition since their tech damaged it. So it was in captivity until we could afford to pay to free it. So when we did we were given a written 90 day warranty that covered all parts, shipping etc. Upon my wife finally being able to have use of it once again there were errors that she took pics and video. We dropped it off and were told to pick it up because they were not going to service it or honor their warranty.
