    I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company on 12/28/2024 and received emails stating that my order would be shipping within ***** hours. The emails also said that I could track my order with the Shop app, but on that app, it only shows that my order was ordered on 12/28/2024. I have not received the items yet. I have attempted to contact the company via email and phone without any responses.

    I purchased a pair of shoes on Dec 27th 2025 and never received them. The phone number on the website is non functioning and have emailed 5 or 6 times with no response. I don't think this is a real company. They advertise on FB.

    Bought a pair of boots from **************************. On their website, the business appears to be legit and in the ***When the product was delivered, it came from ******We got one response from someone on their 'customer care' team and since then nothing.We are looking to return the boots.We have tried both email addresses and both phone numbers are not *********** phone number says it's not in service and the other phone number just drops your call.I do not believe this is a legit company even though they do send you a product.

    Purchased shoes online on 12/15/24. Received emails on the following dates saying my order will be delivered shortly: 12/23/24, 12/24/24, 1/1/25 and 1/3/25. Have not received product and cannot get a response from company to get my refund.

    On December 3, 2024, I ordered online from Delosa a couple of boots that were on sale for a total of $62.82 (foreign transaction of $1.25). I tried contacting the company and the phone number doesn't work. I have emailed numerous times and they've continued to send me tracking links that do not work. I was told to expect the boots no later than January 7, 2025 and recently, they said "I completely understand how frustrating it is to experience delays, and I deeply regret that we have not met your expectations. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please notify me, and I will ensure the issue is resolved promptly, including offering a full refund if necessary." I've since emailed several times to let them know the boots have not arrived with no response (as expected). I am done trying to contact them to no avail. Thanks. (I didn't get a receipt but can get copies of the transaction and emails if need be.)

    I ordered a pair of boots on 12/3/2024. I was supposed to receive them in 4-8 days. As of 1/12/2025, I still have not received my boots. I inquired about my boots 4 different times and each time was told that I would receive them in 4-8 days. I requested a refund this week and have not heard one word from this company. I called the number on their website and it is a non- working number. I cannot get them to respond to any of my emails requesting a refund.

    I bought shoes from this company, they have a 60 day return policy. I contacted them about the return because the shoes were too small. First they didn't respond to the emails, then they kept saying that they would send a return label and then reimburse me. I have emailed them at least ten times, sometimes there is a message that says they will get back to me after the weekend, one time they asked me for pictures of the shoes, I have sent the pictures several times. when I attached the bbb to my email, they again said they would send a return code. They are literally playing with me. Extending the process possibly to get past the 60 days? I've been emailing them since Nov. 7, about every other day.
