    Dear anyone at Korkers,My Amazon Store is named MarketSense, and I operate a small brand on ******. on DEC 17th, I received multiple counterfeit claims regarding some of your branded products. I purchased these items at a lower price, unaware that they were protected under the Korkers brand. I respectfully request that you remove these claims, as they have negatively impacted my seller account.I was unaware that the Korkers brand was protected, and I assure you that I will no longer sell these products. If you kindly remove the counterfeit claims, I will immediately remove the remaining inventory from ****** and refrain from listing these items in the future. Once the claims are lifted, I can proceed with opening a removal order from Amazon.These counterfeit claims have significantly impacted my small business, putting my account at risk of deactivation, which directly affects my livelihood.     Dear BBB,

    To better protect our business in the Amazon marketplace and ensure that our customers receive authentic ********************** products, we report any sellers outside our authorized dealer network who list products as Korkers for sale. This policy ensures that customers receive new, never-used products and helps safeguard our brand in a challenging marketplace.
    We regularly retract complaints once we receive a response from the seller. The seller can either verify that they purchased directly from Korkers or agree to remove the listing and refrain from selling Korkers products without purchasing them directly from our company. Utilizing verified sellers on ****** further protects our reputation. Bad reviews go against the brand more often than the seller on the Amazon marketplace, and this has made us take these steps to protect our brand reputation on the marketplace.
    This complaint has already been retracted (February 19th, 2025) and no longer affects the company/seller Market Sense. The seller has been alerted to this matter and we responded both quickly and professionally to his inquiry. We respectfully request that you remove this complaint from your website.
