    We purchased two used vending machines in March of 2023 from this company. The units were delivered in early April. One of the units did not function from the start and the second only partially functioned and fully failed after a few weeks of partial operation. The company representative sent electronic manuals for the machines and blamed us for breaking the machines. We only followed the directions for filling the machines and setting prices, we did not attempt any repairs or servicing. Finally, after we threatened legal action, the owner agreed to replace the one machine that had not worked at all. Since agreeing to that, communication has been silent for the past month with no response to additional inquiries. We seek a full refund of our purchase price, we are willing to pay the return shipping.

    Back on October 11, 2022 I contacted them for a vending machine for the *******************************. I was in contact with *********************** who is the owner and said that he had the ***** Narco Bevmax 4 Soda Machine in stock. I have emails of the request. He responded that delivering to our school in ********** ****** would not be an issue with an added delivery fee total came to $4,349 (four thousand three hundred forty nine dollars). He then said once he receives payment they would get me a delivery date. On November 17th I called **** and asked when they would be delivering. He told me the morning of November 28th. Since then I have called and emailed **** multiple times and he has yet to respond to me.
