    Do not order from this place. Their business website says they are in ******. The wig I got came from *****. When I asked to return it, I got this message :if you choose to return ,you need to pay 10%-20% restocking fee and shipping fee too (as return policy written). And you return back ,we also need to wait long time to get the return and check it ,and you need to wait this time too,so we refund after these long process. How about we refund half to you immediately and you don't need to take extra money to ship and longer time to get refund . What do you think?I relied asking what the return address was before I could make a decision. I know shipping back to ***** is very complicated. I Never got an answer to that question.

    Very disappointed in the construction of this wig. The part area's are over 1/4" so you're able to see thru. The hair itself is soft. Of course I don't know if the style is what I ordered because I didn't try it on. I want to return it for a full refund. I can't stress enough.... DO NOT ORDER FROM ******************* ordering anything else online I'm going to make sure that the company is legit.

    This business is a scam. I spent $ ******************************************** a RED wig. I reported the problem immediately. I sent many pictures showing whats on their page compared to what I received and proving the wig is in the box unused, lace intact. I thought it was an honest mistake on their part and requested to exchange it for the right color. All I wanted was the wig I ordered. Or at least the color I ordered. But they would not do it. Probably b/c its a scam and they dont even have the wig they are selling on their page. They said they will charge ME money to return it even though it was their doing . Also that I would have to wait for a very long time to get any money returned.. God knows if I will ever get any money back. It is fraud because even if you succeed returning they still keep some of your money and you get nothing. Then they can send the same RED wig to the next unsuspecting costumer . I could understand a re stocking fee if the product is the one you ordered and matched what they are showing on their page. But that is not the case. What they show on their page is not what they send you. It is false advertisement. I have the pictures to prove it.
