    the date of the transaction was on 12/9/23 for the amount of ******* was for the purchases of a Arta full exhaust system was promised eta that it was going to take 3 weeks and then i check in and i keep getting excuses that materials was a issue ,his welder quite ect and this went on for a year i was very patient with him because i understand most things happen in business and the economy was having a hard time getting things for all business him and i was in contact with him up till December 10 2024 and are last conversation we had was i believe everting was ready and he would call me back then i waited a day or 2 and then contacted him every day on all his contact information and he ghosted me for a month then February 10th he sends a text basically telling me he has no eta on when it will arrive and i procced to tell him i am done waiting i want a refund and then he said i can offer a different product and i decline the offer its not what i want and so said to email him my bank information whit the invoice with all my information and credit card details i never heard of a business asking for my banking information on a refund then on February 22nd he said his office lady would take care of the refund and i sent the email to the office like he wanted it and that was on Feb 25 2025 i red his return policy and it says it will take 10 dys to process the request and its been 15 days and i been trying to contact them since Monday with no response from any of the contacts and i have his personal cell number and he doesn't respond to calls or text from me after being this cool with him and the product isn't available i told him i want my money back and i am done waiting and then his whole persona changed i have all the text messages from him i keep good document's of our conversation but for him to completely ghost me and send me a text that he doesn't know when i will have my exhaust system is a huge red flag in my book
