    I am writing this review to share my experience with the house cleaning service provided by ***********************. While the actual cleaning was satisfactory, there were several concerning issues that overshadowed the quality of work.Unexplained Charges: The final cost for each cleaning session was nearly double the originally quoted price. While I support paying a living wage to cleaners (we paid 35/hr with tip) the lack of transparency in pricing was disappointing. Our washer/dryer were slow and she once charged us six hours for doing laundry between airbnb guests, when it seemed like she could have just gone to the laundromat across the street. Overcharging for Move-Out Cleaning: For the move-out cleaning of our empty house, we were charged for 16 hours of work. This was surprising as we had requested only a basic cleaning, and the extended hours were not communicated to us beforehand. Our landlord also complained about the quality of the cleaning.Missing Items: There have been instances where items from our house were taken without permission. A cutting board that was part of our sink and belonged to landlord was taken during the move-out cleaning. Despite acknowledging that she had taken it in text, the item has not been returned for over a week and she stopped responding to our texts, so we have to pay for its replacement. She also took all toilet paper from house as part of move out cleaning. Once, she sent a photo and we noticed a bottle of wine intended for airbnb guests next to her bag by the door. I feel sad writing this because I liked ***** and the standard of cleaning was good, but the overall experience was marred by unexpected charges, lack of clear communication, and issues with property handling. I hope this feedback helps in improving the service for future clients.
