    I&#**;d like him to start and finish the job as we agreed to. He finally did call today, and he agreed to change the date to start. I couldn&#**;t think of an answer to give him, but he did call today and I was a little upset about it because he waited so long. He called today on the day he was supposed to start. He keeps telling me that he&#**;s short of a crew. All I want is for him to start and finish the job. ****************** required down payment of my vehicle plus $500 as we agreed to in the contract. I requested and he agreed to a 5-year warranty in the contract. I asked him where my car was and he said he sold it. I&#**;ve done my part. I gave him the $500 down payment and I have a receipt for that.

    I had spoken to ******* already about his roof I am short of laborers which put me behind in all my jobs not just his I explained to him multiple times but he doesn't understand he believes it's just go do it now and sometimes in the construction trade things don't go how you want them because of small inconveniences that makes big differences but ****** doesn't understand that he would call me everyday asking me the same question "you are going to replace all my roof not just a shingle right ?" I would always tell him everyday over the phone yes I am going to replace your complete roof not just certain shingles but he kept on callling and calling and that would mess with my work because I would have to take time off other work that I was doing just to explain the same thing I would everyday

    I didn't know that my case was closed, this man knowingly and deliberately took my $5,500.00, why won't anyone help me

    ,? He stole from a disabled ************ Veteran, I will not let this ******** get away with this. I feel this whole ordeal is very frustrating and causing extreme mental health issues, I am also 100% sc for CHRONIC PTSD. This is not fair I DONT HAVE ANY TRUST FOR ANYONE ANYMORE. Please help me, this is not right.
