      I have a 2009 ****** Sienna disable. minivan the ramp for the wheelchair is made by BraunAbility.I need the motor for ramp lift, and I called. BraunAbility to purchase the motor. because my is damage is not working. BraunAbility told me I need to go through one of their dealers. they gave me phone numbers to call them. Northwest Medical equipment supplier in ***********, ****** phone number ************. Part model number is K01291A350 S/N C08 Northwest Medical told the motor is out of stock and backordered.I just want to be able to purchase the motor they don't want to sale it to me.

      Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it, and we apologize if there was any miscommunication. Yesterday 04/26/23 ***** the Service Manager at our ******* Location (we do not have a shop in Springfield) spoke with ***** and he let her know we would have a estimate for you on the motor 04/27/23 in the AM, please check your *** email acct for pricing. ******* which is where the manufacturer is located is two bours ahead of ** on the west coast which sometimes make it difficult to obtain information. We would appreciate your business let us know if you would like for ** to order the part for you.
