      Spoke with ***** in billing through out the whole day. Confirmed a pickup at the ***** location by "5PM" We arrived ahead of time but the place was empty. Location was "Open" but we had no way of getting in contact with anyone cause your office hours close at "4PM"How do you take any questions or assist customers from ******* if you cut off the customers complete contact with the office? Again after speaking with multiple people on the team, you would assume an employee wouldn't leave early (Before 5PM) if the customer hasn't even arrived for their stuff? May seem like a small issue to you guys but after a 140 mile round trip, its not.
