    Took my 07 Silverado in because neither body mounted brake lights were working, just the high mount one was. They took it in and the service writer said it would cost $180 if they had to trouble shoot the wiring. She told me about 20 minutes later the mechanic said both bulbs were burned out. I've never had 2 bulbs burn out at the same time and I wasn't quite sure of her explanation so I asked to talk to the mechanic. She said he was the shop ******* so he knew what he was doing. I took a walk outside and saw my truck just inside the shop door and he was working on it so I went in started asking him if that was all that was wrong. Just then the service writer can flying out there and said "customers aren't allowed in the shop and you have to leave". I went back in the service office and after a few minutes she gave me the bill which totaled $240. They had charged $150 for diagnosis, $60 labor to change the bulbs and $11.13 I thought was for the bulbs and $18.50 for misc charges that I still don't know what it's for. I paid and left and when I was in ******* the service writer called my cell and said there was a miscommunication and they only replaced 1 bulb and could I come back in to replace the other. So I went back and the mechanic replaced the other bulb and apologized for me having to come back. The bottom line is I paid $240.46 to have two brake light bulbs replaced and it took them about 20 minutes total. I bought my truck new there when it was Suburban Chevrolet and always got good service at a fair price. If this is how D*** Hannah does business it'll be the last time I ever set foot in any of their dealerships. I guess they have no problem taking advantage of senior citizens.
