    Normally i love this store they are usually extremely helpful however the last few times i have tried to get info on a new product they were getting in i talked to an older guy with glasses and a gotee. He has not been any help the last three times i called and the last time he told me to "show up and see". So i drove all the way there and asked to speak to a manager which he refused. I asked for manager information which he refused. I then went to take a loss and just look for the item and as i was about to walk further into the store he said "no you can leave". It got me so frusterated that i called my wife. I was outside the store on the sidewalk at the time and he popped his head out and told me i have to leave the sidewalk. Wasted gas and time just to be treated disrespecfully by this man who has given nothing but bad interactions with me and still no info on the new product. So i went on ****** and left a one star review not knowing what else to do. Dragonvine then responded that i was banned. I looked at other reviews and very similar treatment to others from this company. Blatently degrading and bullying bad reviewers on ****** reviews publicly even insinuating they are mentally challenged and they need to "draw stick figures" to help them understand. I dug a little deaper and there is a whole reddit thread on how unprofessional and rude they are to people. Banning them for any comments or reviews that dont align with them. No one deserves to go try to find something that brings them joy just to be mistreated like that. I really dont want to be banned from this store for asking for manager information because i truly believe i was mistreated.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is unacceptable from an american business. To harrass and bully people who have had bad interactions with this business. Employees wont have any power without a business to work in and that is the direction this is going.For business owners to act like that without any reprocutions is revolting. No one wants a business to suffer because of a balding man with bad eyesight being atrocious to customers repetitively over a span of multiple years. The business shows no professionalism or remorse.
    Whoever is in charge needs to reavaluate his life. Being a ****** parent to mentally disabled people and yet making fun of someones "cognitive abilities" on a puplic platform is a red flag of potential abuse as well.
