I enrolled my son in ************** which is a business started by *************************** from Your Natural Learner. I paid $299 for an online curriculum and for her to assist in submitting letters with the state to fulfill homeschool requirements. I received no information or a link to the parent portal for a month, after I paid, despite emailing multiple times and messaging ****. I have been trying for the last 2 months to get the money back through my credit card company (by filing a dispute,) but **** has not been responding to the claims and has said I did receive what was promised. Even though I never did! These companies (Your Natural Learner and **************) are a scam and I wish more people would call out **** for stealing peoples money and not providing the services shes promised. If **** is just overwhelmed and not able to respond to the messages and communicate correctly with customers, then she should at least ***** refunds for those who are dissatisfied.

I have sent 6 emails over the last 10 days to get a refund. My son is not going to be homeschooling but online learning instead. Website says refund if its within 30 days and proof of another alternative enrollment. Which i met the critertia for both.

After countless attempts to contact them, I was promised a refund at the end of September. It is now 11/2 and I cant reach them. I would like my refund of $450 ($250 for lifetime access pass plus 2022/2023 enrollment for 2 children). This is a homeschool focused business that opened an umbrella school that would be complete with curriculum. They collected money and then never provided curriculum. The proprietor always has an excuse for not making good on her commitments.
