      My insurance policy through Pacific Source was terminated on May 1, 2025. I did not find out about it until I tried to refill a prescription and the pharmacy told me that my insurance was not working on 5/5/2025. I thought I had set up the payments for automatic payments each month. For some reason it was not working and I was unaware.I have filed several prescriptions over the past two months so I did not know that my insurance had been terminated.I take a prescription for hormone replacement and one for depression. These two medications can cause some confusion at times.I had received correspondence from Pacific Source concerning the issue but I was confused if it was a bill I owed a provider. They are saying that I had to have everything caught up and paid by 5/1/2025, due to the 90 days policy by the Idaho Health network. I have reached out to both Pacific Source and the Idaho Health networks. They are saying that theres nothing that can be done.I also take a medication for RA Rinvouq which is very expensive and comes from the specialty pharmacy at ******** in *****.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      There are extenuating circumstances that caused the issue. I am handling all of my mothers affairs due to her dementia. I have been under constant stress and pressure to take care of everything. I missed the due date by four days. I was confused about the correspondence that was sent out. I would not have not responded if I had not been confused.

      Im a member of Pacific source health plan. Im filing this complaint because for no reason my insurance is dropping my chiropractor **** ******** chiropractic in **** ****** so Im pushing back that there is no reasonable explanation given for this change. That is the reason of my complaint, you have all my info so you can look up my policy number.
