    ***** and **** have always treated and cared for my pets as they would their own.

    It is very hard to reach them, while their website says there is someone there to watch the dogs, there is not. It is rare to find someone there. You have no idea what their facilities are like, behind the doors. They did not check his medical records, nor did I sign any form of a waiver: standard when using a kennel or doggy day care facility. The owner, *****, told me my dog would play with other dogs. When I needed to pick up my dog, there was no one there - I made three calls to reach someone to come and let me pick him up. There was another person also waiting for someone got get there. When I went in, I could hear my dog barking and jumping. The gentleman told me that my dog did not interact with other dogs was in a. kennel alone. My dog loves to play with other dogs and at other facilities he doesn't want to leave but here he was so anxious and the clerk was taking such a long time, II felt like my dog was being held hostage while he re-entered all of my information and put my credit card on file. I asked for him too just get my dog because he was so upset and he would not do that, I just had to listen to my guy barking and jumping. Finally my dog broke through whatever he was in and also pushed through another door to get out of there. He has skinned paws from trying to get out. The clerk said my dog had water but when he got home he was exceptionally thirsty - drank a whole bowl of water! This is not a safe facility, I doubt any dog id treated well there.
