      My experience with NetVendor today was exceptional. Of course, service quality with any company often comes down to the individual, and ***** - who assisted me - was phenomenal! However, I also suspect (and hope) ***** has a good manager who has provided her with training and treats her well, as ***** was VERY knowledgeable and responsive. She listened, dug into my issue, and explained some technical things regarding insurance coverage. ***** also gave me the opportunity to be called back rather than be put on hold while she researched an issue - and she did call me back. Problem solved! Thank you, *****.

      Unresponsive and useless! I have tried multiple times to reach out for clarification and receipt confirmation of the items they require. No response. I requested a representative to contact me - nothing. It is like this EVERY SINGLE ANNIVERSARY of their requirements, WITH EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that I work with that has them. I have known my customers that have left them because vendors were so frustrated with NetVendor. They get the vendor to bare the financial load. Screwed up business model. My opinion: Questionable ethics, poor performance, and zero communication. A stumbling block to any business that values a sense of urgency and values reputation.

      Terrible experience since joining NetVendor. I joined because I would like to offer my business services to a company that uses NetVendor for compliance checking. I met all the requirements and thought things were fine. But... every couple months, I get an out of compliance warning about something expiring that auto renews long before expiring. Auto, liability, work comp... on and on every month or two. Then my insurance sends the proof, but they say something is missing please re-submit, in the meantime it says to the world my company is non-compliant. I never got any business from being on Net Vendor and it cost me and ****************** hours of time and trouble just to be "non-compliant" again. I am out. What did I pay for? *** - ***************************** *******

      I completely agree with every single one of these reviews. NetVendor is the absolute WORST! Why anyone would use them is beyond my comprehension as you can never speak to an actual person, get an email reply or for anything other than an automated response that is not accurate. We are losing out on many contracts with one company all because we are still demmed "non compliant" by netvendor. I have been trying to gain compliance for THREEEEE months . That is BEYOND ABSURD ! thrre months to approve a COI makes no sense and this company is a absolute joke !

      I AGREE with all the 1 stars reviews. Net Vendor is the most irresponsible, unprofessional, and incompetent company that I ever has to deal with. I know they will respond that they did their job, but, thrust me, do not believe they are the WORST

      We're a private security firm trying to get verified as a verified vendor for an apartment property management for 2 weeks and haven't gotten any emails or phone call back at all? is there another way to contact y'all?

      Every year we struggle to get our compliance documents reviewed accurately! I am unable to update payment information on the website, they say that documents are reviewed the same day they are received, this isn't true, it took 5 days in one instance and a phone call from me to prompt a review. Worst business ever!

      This was the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. This is literally a scam. They make you enroll and take your money, they then deny you and wont return correspondents. They are making a killing off big companies looking for qualified services, only to decline them forcing the companies to seek more qualified services. I would not be surprised if the companies were not getting a kick back. Please please please, dont do business with this company or anyone who uses them.

      I agree with ALL of the reviews. We are constantly trying to contact NetVendor to get our auto policy accepted/waived. This is ridiculous, no one answers the phone. No one responds to email. Once you pay your money, they completely ignore you. Our auto policy was accepted previously because we DO NOT USE auto on any property ******* for. Problem is - once you are supposedly "Non-Compliant" due to an insurance update, waiver, etc. You will remain so - which also means you will not be paid by any company until you are back in the green, regardless of when you 'fell out of compliance'. If you are trying to vend for a company and they send you to NetVendor for credentialing, run as fast and far as you can. It simply is not worth it. They will ignore you completely and let a computer decide your fate. 8 emails from us - 3 emails from the management company - 2 phone calls with voice messages. 3 weeks - not a single response.

      Ive called at least 10 times on separate days and NO ONE ANSWERS. *** sent in my documents SEVERAL times and theyre still saying theyre missing things. Mind you, they also sent me emails saying that my general liability, umbrella and workers comp was approved. So what is the truth? Its not hard AT ALL to answer the phone. Like today, I called and was on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. Very unprofessional and they know it, like how can you see all of these poor reviews that say the same thing and your customer service still hasnt improved? *** sent my commercial auto declaration page multiple times so whats the hold up? Theyre liable to get sued for wasting countless small business time and money. Ill be reaching out to my legal team to see what class action lawsuit we can pursue if they dont do their job correctly. Its beyond frustrating at this point.

      We are just missing the auto certificate. Your agent let us know they no longer hold your policy. Let you know that we needed your new agents contact information so we can request a certificate of insurance from them. We have received we received from you your AUTO ID cards multiple times and rejected them each time. The management company requires an actual certificate of insurance from their agent. We have sent you a rejection note stating: insurance ID cards are not acceptable. Please supply a certificate of insurance or a dec page indicating the limits the insured has on their auto policy and the required certificate holder. If needed, please refer to the template provided. Thank you.
