    On 05/07/2024 I placed an order for $*****. Per the business' instructions, I sent a **** money order in that amount to the address listed on the website. I've reached out to this business to find out where my order is on multiple occasions, and I get no response at all. The money order was delivered on 5/16 and as of 5/25, it has not been cashed. The **** money order info for tracking is: ***********, post office # is ****** and amount is *****. I did some research and discovered that this consumer experience is not uncommon with this business. Either it takes months to get the product or the product is never received. The phone number provided routes to what seems like an unrelated business. I would like to either receive my purchase or have the business NOT cash that money order.

    I had placed an order on September 29, 2023, with Oregon Elite Seeds for the total of $*****. At 6:21am, Sep. 29, 2023 I had received an order number (#******). On September 30, 2023 the total of ***** had been taken out of my bank account showing the order payment had been processed. After 2 weeks from the the charge to my account I had checked the update of my order status. I had not received an email, so I had to track my order on the website (oregoneliteseeds.com) on the website it stated my order was canceled. I had not received any emails or calls regarding my order being canceled nor did I ask for it to be canceled. I had then tried contacting the business by phone and numerous emails. But no response and I have not received my total of $***** back that was charged by the company.

    Payment for souvenirs sent December 29, 2023. Texts requesting acknowledgment of order were sent Dec 29, Dec 30, and Jan 8, ****. Email requesting order acknowledgment was sent Dec 31, 2023. A phone call was made to the number on the site Jan 8, ****. No correspondences have been returned despite the text messages showing they've been read. Wholly dissatisfied with the unprofessional behavior of vendor.

    I would like to receive communication from the vendor about my order, they have failed to respond multiple times as well as update the status of the order. They have exceeded the amount of time listed in their terms for processing time. Tracking information shows they received payment over 1 week ago via **** mail and also failed to cash it. If they do not intend of fulfilling the order, I would like to know so that I may then request a refund.
