    We hired **** with AM Hardscape in February **************************************************************** March 2023. Today is June 5, and the project is no where near done, maybe 20%. **** doesnt come out to work, he doesnt respond to our calls and messages, and he keeps making excuses. We have paid him $31k/38.5k for the total project cost. He has taken our money and disappeared. We want him to come back and finish the job he has started or refund us the money. *** attached a picture of the backyard, and a copy of the contract with him. Note that the original contract was for $28k and then we agreed to add a water feature and pavers bringing the total to $38.5k. Ive attached proof of text messages with him showing the increase in scope and cost.
