    BEWARE if you sign on with this company you are basically agreeing for them to damage your property and not be held liable! my driveway was damaged from their heavy machinery. we have multiple ******************** through out the area where they were working. we were not told that this type of damage may or could happen with the machines they were planning on bringing. If we would have been aware, we wouldnt of gotten the service done to begin with. once i noticed the damage the evening after they had finished, i contacted the office manager the next day. never heard back. contacted again the next day & told the owner would be in contact with me. owner never contacted me. i contacted the owner personally 5 days later, as to where he stated "your driveway is old and falling apart". he told me that heavy machinery can cause this type of damage. he then argued and said that per the contract, he is not held liable to fix any damage they caused and they dont have to do anything even though, he is admitting it was probable damage caused from their machinery. owner made it seem like i wanted him to replace my entire driveway. i was not interested in having my entire driveway fixed, only the holes fixed from their machinery where they did the landscaping. owner also said he came to my house on to assess the damage and knocked on my door, but i was home all day and also have cameras around my house and there was no trace of him. he was very argumentative, hostile and rude. per their "contract" it says "they are not responsible for any unforseen damages" BUT according to the owner, he kept stating it was likely to happen to my "old and falling apart" driveway. the contract also states there would be preventative measures taken to protect my property but nothing was put in place such as matting. owner offered to cold seal the holes in my driveway but at this point, how do you trust a company that already caused damage and is angry that you are upset your property was damaged?

    Signed a contract in April of this year with this company to cut and trim my lawn through out this season. In late July, I was told that they were getting out of the lawn cutting business and had referred me to another company, who agreed to continue with my service. After a week and a half of no one showing up, I call Lawn 2 Lanai and was told that the new company was going to start last Saturday. No one did. Call back this week and no one is returning my calls. Every invoice was paid and there was no excuse for canceling our contract.

    1st initial visit was on 06/30/022. Was told they were out two weeks and I would be placed in front of another customer. The quote was sent to me on 7/06/2022. I never heard anything from the company until they sent a notification on 07/26/2022; basically a month later. I had to ask family to do a quick cut for me in the meantime. The work rendered was below subpar. There were still weeds showing and my cactis box was to be weeded and mulched. There are still weeds all through the box and a teaspoon of mulch in each section. When I spoke to the owner, regarding lowering the ****, he became belligerent and was yelling at me. I was trying to explain myself with no avail. I spoke to the office manager on 07/26/2022. She stated she would speak to them, have them come back and complete the job. However, I had to reach out to the office manager, personally, on 08/01/2022, because I never heard back. She text me back and stated they were busy and out of town. Therefore, they would be back next week to complete the job. If a customer is not happy, why am I not priority? Very bad customer service. I also paid my very expensive invoice for work that was very poor. I simply wanted to cut all ties with this unprofessional company. Very unprofessional.
